From 120 to 150bpm, Lessons In EBM is a pumping, dark journey through the music that made me an obsessed electronic music fan. The goal was to create a mix of classic and lesser-known tracks, put together as if it was a techno set. So every track was meticulously selected and beatmatched together to create this energy. As for the title? It is more a lesson in how this music can be mixed, rather than a lesson in the history of the genre. I always thought industrial DJ's had no idea about the aesthetics of mixing, so Lessons In EBM is designed pimarily for their edification. Play loud, and enjoy.
